Meet Your Teachers

Zara
Zara is a movement teacher, actor, and director with over 17 years in the creative arts and more than a decade as a Pilates instructor and personal trainer. Her teaching blends strength, presence, and creative expression, guiding students to move with intention and inhabit their bodies fully.
Trained in mat Pilates and strength-based movement, Zara draws on her acting and performance background to bring breath, awareness, and embodiment into every class. Her sessions are designed to help students explore their rhythm, build strength and stability, and reconnect with their instincts in a supportive environment. She has a natural ability to see each student clearly, creating a space where individuals feel safe to grow and express themselves.
Through movement, Pilates, breath awareness, and meditation, Zara's intention is to help people feel at home in their bodies, confident in themselves, and connected to their creative energy.

Coline
Coline is a French yoga teacher who has been sharing the practice since 2019. Yoga became a path of deep transformation, opening the door to presence, self-awareness, and inner connection.
Rooted in Jivamukti yoga, her teaching weaves spirituality, breath, movement and a strong emphasis on alignment into a living meditation. Breathwork, which she trained in the United States, has been equally transformational in her life and is a central pillar of her offerings. Guided by a calm and grounded presence, her classes are both intense and soft, inviting students to explore depth and strength while remaining deeply connected to the breath.
Inspired by travel and the richness of human experience, Coline shares her practice around the world through international retreats, holding spaces for exploration, embodiment, and conscious living. She also works as a life coach, supporting personal growth & transformation on and beyond the mat.
