Our Classes
Jivamukti Open classes and Spiritual Warrior
Our yoga classes are Jivamukti yoga classes, a yoga that connect yourself to your body and breath, with intention. Intense and precise flows but accessible for everyone. Weaving together strong and flexible. The intelligent sequencing supports your progress and hands on assist change your practice to help you to evolve. These classes are designed to go deeper than movement alone, rooted in yoga tradition and spirituality.
Mat Pilates
Our mat pilates classes continue to evolve. Alongside strong, considered movement, Zara weaves in elements from acting and the performing arts, presence work, breath & voice awareness, how you move through space, body language, and creative expression. It's still grounding and strengthening, but with room for exploration and a little more ...PLAY.
Yoga & Meditation
This gentle yoga class, suitable for all levels, moves from dynamic, breath-led sequences into Yin and Yoga Nidra. Journey from activity to deep rest, softening the body, quieting the mind, and restoring balance.
Breathwork and Sound
Active Breathwork is a powerful, music-guided breathing experience designed to release emotion and awaken your inner energy. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply reconnected to yourself.
